Reflections of a time traveller

Niko had noticed that a shop on the Rozengracht in Amsterdam had put up a life size copy of Rembrandt's Nachtwacht (Night Watch) as a decoration. When he passed the shop at night a few days later and looked through the window, the painting suddenly came to life through the reflection of the glass. It looked as if the portrayed characters had stepped out of the painting and were walking on the Rozengracht like time travellers. Were they looking for the master that had immortalized them? After all Rembrandt had lived a few blocks away on the Rozengracht from 1658 till his death in 1699.

He is still roaming the Rozengracht at night, hoping to catch the great master himself while he's wandering around.
